RootedByEl started in a backyard and a few too many seed trays. Today it's a small plant shop and landscape studio run by El, built on one idea: plants should arrive healthy, and gardens should still look good in five years.
A nursery, not a warehouse.
Every plant is grown on, hardened off and hand-checked before it leaves. We'd rather sell fewer plants that thrive than ship a wall of stock that struggles.
On the design side, the approach is the same: read the site first, choose plants that actually want to live there, and build something that gets better with age instead of needing constant rescue.
